Your buyer avatar isn't the secret code you think it is.

A template, a few creative brainstorms, and a customer you sketched from memory three years ago... none of that tells you what your people actually mean right now. And the ones on your list have moved on.

I find what your customers actually mean, and I tell you what to do about it.

Not more brainstorming. Not a tidier avatar. The real read on what's going on underneath what they say.

The way a friend once put it: you get x-ray vision into your customer ecosystem. Where it's leaking, where the opportunity's hiding, and how to fix it fast. Because here's the trap of being this close to your own business: when you can't see a clear alternative, you settle for the default. A page that's "fine." An avatar that's "close enough." Messaging you haven't questioned in a year.

A few ways we can work together

Other ways we can work together

VIP Days & Weeks — a dedicated block of my time, just your project, done for you. Who it's for: you've got a deadline and need laser focus and a quick turnaround... momentum now, not in four months.

The Customer Whisperer Strategy Call — one focused hour to talk through a specific problem and leave with a clear read. Who it's for: you don't need a full project, just sharp outside eyes on a decision you're circling.

Not sure which one is you? Two minutes and I'll point you to the right starting place.

The part you can't name from here

Something's off. You just can't name it from the inside.

What they say → what they actually mean

You know the metrics show interest. You know the offer works. So why does the gap keep showing up? It usually sounds like one of these:

  • The launch that flopped, and you still can't explain why. The effort was there... the numbers weren't.
  • Interest that won't convert. Opens, clicks, page visits... then the trail goes cold.
  • "This isn't what I expected." And if they're honest, they're not even sure what they were expecting... which is the disconnect. The message set up something the experience didn't match.

You can sense you're missing something. You just can't put your finger on where.

"She did a great job of being a 'first reader' and showing me gaps where I hadn't fully explained the benefits and features... It's hard for me to see this holistic view of customer experience when I'm so close to providing the service, so I appreciated an outside perspective, and I'm excited to make the changes."

Ways we can work

Sales Signal SprintOne sticking point, all the way in.

$397 beta
Why you'd want it

Something in your offer, membership, or course isn't converting the way it should. You've tweaked the page, the price, the order. Nothing explains the gap.

What you walk away with

A prioritised Signal Fix Map... 3 to 5 next steps in the right order, ready to act on the same week.

Who it's for

You've got traction and a signature offer, and you want to get unstuck fast. You don't need someone to confirm there's a problem. You need someone to pinpoint exactly where it is and what to do first... this week, not next quarter.

The Signal Arc The Find Signal Fix Map The Route Debrief
How the Sprint flows
Read more

It starts with the Signal Arc — a tailored pre-session diagnostic (not a generic form) that primes you before we meet. Then The Find, a 60-minute live Clarity Session where I work through 1 to 2 of your most relevant signal sources with you, and your Signal Fix Map takes shape on the call. You get the map within 48 hours, plus The Route Debrief a week later, once the dust has settled and new questions have surfaced.

This diagnoses how the offer is communicated, not the offer itself. If the offer needs rebuilding, that's Full Read territory (and I'll tell you).

"Fresh eyes and a fresh brain to what I might be blind to... uncovered meaningful blind spots I hadn't been able to see on my own."

— Julia Martin, Holistic MD & Founder, Holistic Eczema Warriors

Messaging DecoderOne sales asset, read from your buyer's side.

From $750
One asset, decoded line-by-line
Why you'd want it

You've got a key page, email, or sequence that isn't landing. You've reworded it more than once and still can't pinpoint what's wrong.

What you walk away with

A Mini Messaging Roadmap plus a partial rewrite (sample copy) of your highest-impact moments... deploy-ready, with the reasoning behind each edit.

Who it's for

You've already tweaked, explored, and dialled in your voice and branding. The missing ingredient is perspective: your messaging arc rebuilt from your customer's POV, not just polished one more time.

You send me a short questionnaire plus one customer asset to review before we meet. Then we go line-by-line in a live session. Quick turnaround: within about a day you get a partial rewrite (sample copy) of your key conversion mechanisms and highest-traffic areas... your headline/hook, the core transformation line, and a key objection or CTA... each rewritten from your buyer's POV with the reasoning attached, plus a one-page Before/After. Scoped to one asset: one sales page, one home page, or one launch sequence.

"The language she used was so strong, I actually transcribed it and pulled key phrases straight into my website copy."

— Sarah Whitbread, Copywriter

The Full Customer ReadThe whole picture before a big move.

From ~$3,650
Scattered signals, one emerging pattern
Why you'd want it

You're heading into a major launch or a repositioning, and you want the real read on your buyer before you commit time and spend to it.

What you walk away with

A research-backed messaging strategy and a prioritised roadmap of what to fix first... with Data Stories and a Loom walkthrough.

Who it's for

Course creators, coaches, and founders 2+ years in whose audience has evolved... but the messaging hasn't caught up.

A true Full Read pulls from two or three customer sources... a survey, interviews, testimonial and comment mining, a competitive read... run through the Perfect Cup Framework (Customer, Positioning, Personality), and delivered as a prioritised messaging strategy with Data Stories and a Loom walkthrough. You get the "so what" and the "now what," not a pile of notes.

On pricing: packages typically start around $3,650, but this one is deliverable- and scope-dependent. If you only want, say, your survey reviewed with a report, we build a smaller bespoke package to match. Tell me what your project actually needs and I'll scope it to that.

Short on time? A VIP Week is the faster, done-for-you way to get a focused version of this... see VIP Days & Weeks below.

"Being able to hand over customer research to you made my life easier... I could focus on the stuff I enjoyed, feel confident in my final strategy, and work on my projects with another expert."

— Eman Ismail, Email Strategist & Copywriter, Eman Copy Co

Trust TranslatorScattered proof, turned into a story that closes.

From $2,225
Buried proof, unlocked
Why you'd want it

Your best proof is probably buried. Trust and authority locked inside a 60-minute podcast episode, a workshop replay, a guest-speaker spot, a glowing review three scrolls deep. It's there... it's just not pulling any weight where buyers can see it. If you don't have the time to go in, unearth it, and draw the throughline from you to your next buyer, then your audience and prospects definitely won't.

What you walk away with

A ready-to-use Customer Story you can deploy across your funnel to reduce hesitation and close.

Who it's for

You have good proof scattered across formats (long-form especially). It's just founder-centered, hard to find, and not written for your next buyer.

I pull your proof together from wherever it lives (video testimonials, written reviews, survey responses, podcast mentions) and translate it into a story-driven proof asset (roughly 800 to 1,000 words) that mirrors your buyer's doubts, dreams, and decision path. Includes a strategy call, an Audience Brief, and review of 2 to 3 existing proof sources.

Less than a full project

Want me in your corner for less than a full project?

Everything here is modular. The Sprint is the easy-yes entry point; from there you can scope up by speed or by depth, without committing to the full flagship.

VIP Days & Weeks

Starting at $1,200

A dedicated block of my time, just your project, done for you. You've got a deadline and need laser focus and a quick turnaround... momentum now, not in four months. Your intake and brief come in 1 to 2 days ahead, so day one starts fresh, not spent getting oriented.

The Customer Whisperer Strategy Call

Starting at $300

One focused hour. Bring your stuck point, your research pile, or the question you can't stop circling, and leave with a clear read. For when you don't need a full project, just a sharp set of outside eyes.

Questions that stall a "yes"

Do I need to bring data, or do you find it?

Probably less than you think. Most people already have a meaningful chunk of audience or offer data... it just isn't tidied into an interview or survey, so they assume it doesn't count. It does. And if it really is thin, we start with what's out there: comment and review mining, your existing testimonials, a competitive read. You don't need a research pile ready to go.

Will you write the copy for me, or just tell me what to do?

I'm a strategist, not your full-project copywriter. You get the read, the sequence, and (depending on the offer) sample or partial rewrites of the highest-impact moments. From there I can stay on with your team in an advisory capacity, and I partner with agencies and expert copywriters to make sure it gets executed right. You're never left holding a strategy with no way to act on it.

I've had a strategy session or report before and nothing changed. How is this different?

Fair... a lot of "feedback" stops at observations. You leave knowing what's wrong and still not what to do. Everything here ends in a written, sequenced action plan from your customer's point of view: what to do, in what order, and why. Not notes. A next move.

Your flagship feels like a lot. Is there a smaller way in?

Yes. The Full Read is the comprehensive version for a big launch or repositioning. If one specific thing is stuck, the Sprint or the Decoder is likely the right scope, or we build a smaller bespoke Read. Same rigour, scoped to the problem. It's not all or nothing.

I already have testimonials. Why would I need this?

Most testimonials get treated like a gold sticker... proof that you're legit. That's about you. It says little about your customer or the journey they went on to get there. The right story, placed at the exact doubt stopping your next buyer, does what a gold sticker can't: it shows the buyer themselves. The difference between proof that sits there and proof that sells.

Why this works

Customer research is really people research.

Because research is at the heart of conversion. When you actually know what your buyer is thinking, you can:

  • Know thy audience first ... their patterns, their motivations, and the gap between what you're saying and what they're hearing. Decisions made from a clear read, not a guess.
  • Segment strategically ... stop writing for "everyone" and start speaking to the 2 or 3 distinct buyers actually on your list.
  • Get attention from the right prospects ... and wave goodbye to discovery calls that go nowhere.
  • Keep your ride-or-die customers ... by writing to them directly, instead of diluting your message for the masses.
  • Finish what's already half-built ... so the projects stuck "eternally in progress" can get done and out the door.

"You spot opportunities and gaps and then offer to fill them. That sets you apart from most of the other contractors we work with."

— Prerna & Mayank Malik, Founders, Content Bistro

You don't need more guessing.

You don't need more tweaking, or another do-over you can't fully explain. You need someone with fresh eyes on the thing you're standing too close to.

Not knowing which one fits is a good sign... it means you can feel the problem but haven't named it yet (which is exactly what I'm for).

Want your sales and conversions to feel less like mystery-and-good-luck and more like a plan?

Tell me where things feel stuck, and I'll point you to the right starting place... even if that's "not yet" or "not me."

"It was clear that you are an expert in customer insights... you brought things to the table that I might not have even considered."

— Eman Ismail, Email Strategist & Copywriter, Eman Copy Co
